Pour batter into prepared pan
Bake about 30 minutes. Check with toothpick for doneness
Cool in pan completely before removing
Run knife around pan sides to loosen and release pan sides
Decorations
Some fun ideas to decorate:
- Serve with warm caramel sauce and whipped cream
- Top with mixed berries, such as raspberries and black berries with whipped cream
- Cut out a paper heart, lay it on top and sprinkle with confectioner sugar to decorate
- Melt chocolate and then melt carmel. Alternate pouring the chocolate then pouring the carmel, giving a gorgeous marbling look
